At Medpoint India, we strive to provide you with genuine medicines and healthcare products. However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, we are happy to assist you with returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Products – If you receive a broken, leaked, or tampered package.
Incorrect Product Delivered – If the medicine or product delivered is different from what was ordered.
Expired Medicines – If the product is past its expiration date upon delivery.

How to Initiate a Return?

1️⃣ Raise a Request: Contact our customer support within 2 days of delivery.
2️⃣ Provide Details: Share your order ID, product images, and issue details.
3️⃣ Review & Approval: Our team will verify the request and approve eligible returns.
4️⃣ Pick-Up & Refund: Once approved, we will arrange a pickup, and refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (bank, UPI, wallet, etc.).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or wallet credit.
  • Refund timelines may vary based on banking procedures.
